In the shadow of the absolute power of the young Sun King, one woman dared to live differently: Ninon de Lenclos, a Parisian freethinker, set up her Cercle des Précieux at Villarceaux. Here she brought together free spirits who loved words, ideas and truth.

Here, far from Versailles, secret meetings are held where people debate with elegance and daring. But are you worthy of joining this circle reserved for the kingdom's sharpest thinkers? To do so, you need to prove yourself.

Ninon has asked you to get your hands on a fable that her circle of the precious has temporarily sheltered. Written by the not-yet-famous Jean de La Fontaine, his first fable had already reached Versailles and sent shockwaves through the court. His critics hid behind simple animals, but the affront to royal power did not go unnoticed and the king had no intention of letting it pass.

Once in your possession, it will be up to you to decide the fate of this fable. What if you were Jean de la Fontaine's last hope of avoiding the Bastille?
