Thursdays 6 - 7 PM (1hr)
Come along to a dynamic and playful vinyasa yoga flow to build strength and fluidity and stretch out any stiffness throughout the body. This class will sometimes include some pilates-inspired exercises to strengthen the abs and the back. It's still beginner-friendly as we are going through all poses in stages. Practising yoga outdoors adds a new dimension to your practice! The elements of nature turn every class into a creative and playful experience. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere, meet new people, and feel healthier and more balanced! Bring your mat, water, and any yoga props you would like to use! Please bring a warm jumper. All levels are welcome!
