Service Description
Come along to this nourishing yoga flow class in St. Anns Well Gardens. We will oil the joints, balance the breath, build strength and fluidity and stretch out any stiffness throughout the body. Enjoy a friendly atmosphere, meet new people, and feel healthier and more balanced! St Anns is a lovely little park with loads of friendly squirrels and local birds. Bring your mat, water, and any yoga props you would like to use! The class is beginner-friendly. All levels are welcome!
