Multi-adventure on the coast where we carry out typical activities of the ravines in the sea, for all levels, it can be adapted for all abilities. Jumps of different heights into the sea, Rappel, psychobloc and visit to the aquatic cave of Coloms.
Age: 12 - 70
What does it include?
Neoprene, full harness and safety helmet
Waterproof boat and backpack
Necessary technical material, first aid kit
Qualified guide
Means of communication: mobile phone and/or radio
What does it exclude?
Swimsuit/bikini
Maya, thermal shirt and windbreaker
Sports shoes (they will get wet) or water shoes
Water (1 L./person) and Food (snack, energy bars, fruit)
Spare clothes and shoes
