Awaken and align your body with this nourishing and revitalising morning yoga flow on the beach. We will focus on oiling the joints, balancing the breath, and stretching out any stiffness throughout the body to begin your week feeling relaxed and balanced. It's a beautiful way to start your week. Outdoors, watching the rest of the sunrise, practising yoga to the sound of the waves. The class is beginner-friendly and suitable for everybody. The class is directly on the beach behind the meeting point cafe on the pebbles, but if the tide is out on the full moon, we might go onto the sand. Feel free to bring your swimming suit for a dip into the sea afterwards - or dip your toes in. I will display a bright yellow banner. All levels are welcome!
